Our new Single Estate 30g Blend is grown in the volcanic soils of Kagoshima, Japan, where mineral rich earth, spring water and cool mountain air shape its depth of flavour.  Shade-grown for three weeks before the first spring harvest to concentrate L-theanine for a sustained energy boost, with a naturally sweet flavour profile. This is ceremonial matcha at its most considered.
