Shipping

We take the same care in shipping your matcha as we do in sourcing it. Every order is packed with care, to ensure your matcha retains its freshness, quality, and integrity throughout its journey.

 

Local Delivery

Orders within South Africa are delivered within 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control.

 

International Delivery

International orders are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks of dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processing times. Rest assured, your matcha is carefully sealed and packaged to preserve its freshness throughout the journey. Good things can take time, but we promise it will be worth the wait.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or import fees upon arrival. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees paid at checkout. For any questions about fees, we recommend contacting your local post office or delivery provider directly.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Use this to follow your package’s journey.

 

Shipping Protection

We've partnered with TUNL to protect your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit. If your package arrives damaged or gets lost, filing a claim is simple. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will help walk you through the process.

 

Claim Timeframes

  • If your package is marked as delivered but has not yet been received, claims must be submitted between 5 and 15 days from the marked delivery date. 

  • If your package has not been marked as delivered and you believe it to be lost, claims can be submitted from 7 days after the last tracking checkpoint (20 days for international orders) and within 30 days of that checkpoint.
