A MENU DESIGNED FOR RITUAL

Posted by mikayla mcclean on

The Ceremony Matcha Bar introduces an elevated menu developed by Michelin-trained chef Kira Jacobs, blending Japanese inspiration with modern Cape Town sensibilities. Every element has been thoughtfully considered - from ingredient sourcing to texture, aroma, and balance. Expect unexpected flavour pairings that celebrate umami, sweetness, and savoury notes in harmony:

TRIPLE MATCHA
A layered exploration of depth, balance and creaminess.

HŌJICHAI LATTE
A comforting novelty beverage blending roasted green tea with warming chai spices.

EARL GREY COLD BREW
A delicate infusion of soft floral notes with a touch of honey, smooth and refreshing.

TOGORASHI CUBE
A savoury, modern take on a cheese and chive scone, elevated with Japanese shichimi togarashi.Flaky, bold and irresistibly moreish.

BLACK SESAME BANANA BREAD
Soft, nutty and layered with subtle sweetness. The black sesame is baked through, creating a beautiful visual contrast.

Each product reflects Ceremony’s philosophy: intentional, minimal, and deeply sensory. Best shared with company
